Points
How the scoreboard is computed, and what it is not.
Points are a scoreboard computed from indexed trades. They are recomputed from scratch on every request — there is no balance stored anywhere, so a rule change re-scores all of history and nothing can be corrupted.
How they are earned
| As a | On the curve | After bonding |
|---|---|---|
| Trader, per $ bought | 15 points | 5 points |
| Creator, per $ of others’ volume on your coins | 5 points | 2 points |
| Launchpad owner, per $ of volume on your launchpad | 2 points | 1 point |
Selling earns half the buying rate. Your own trades on your own coin earn you trader points only — not creator points on top.
What points are not
No promises attached
Points are not a token, not a claim on anything, and not a promise that anything will ever be distributed. Coverage is limited to indexed trades. Wash trading earns points at double the fees, which is a poor trade for the washer and something season-end filtering is meant to catch.
