Disclaimer
What this software is, what it is not, and the risks you take by using it.
Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Memecoins are among the highest-risk assets that exist and most of them end at or near zero. Do not commit money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
What this software is
LaunchKit is an interface. It builds transactions and shows you data. When you launch a coin or make a trade, your wallet signs directly to programs deployed and operated by third parties — Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve on Solana and Whetstone's Doppler on the EVM chains.
We did not write those programs, we do not operate them, and we have not audited them. Using this site means accepting their behaviour as they are deployed.
What it is not
- Not a custodian. At no point do we hold, control or have access to your funds or your keys. There is no account, no balance with us, and nothing for us to freeze or return.
- Not an exchange or a broker. We do not match orders, take the other side of your trade, or make a market. Prices come from a formula and from other people trading.
- Not an issuer. Coins launched here are created by their creators. We do not endorse, vet, review or take responsibility for any of them, including coins that appear prominently on any page of this site.
- Not advice. Nothing on this site — rankings, charts, statistics, points, the audit panel, anything — is a recommendation to buy or sell.
Risks you are accepting
| Risk | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Total loss | The normal outcome for a memecoin. Assume it is the likely one. |
| Smart contract risk | The programs holding the liquidity are third-party code. A bug or exploit in them could destroy the pool, and we could neither prevent nor reverse it. |
| Irreversibility | Every transaction is final. A wrong address, a wrong amount, a wrong coin — none of it can be undone by anyone. |
| Volatility and illiquidity | Prices move violently, and "locked liquidity" means the pool cannot be pulled, not that a buyer exists at any given price. |
| Front-running | Bots watch for launches and trades. The anti-snipe fee makes this expensive; it does not make it impossible. |
| Permanence | Coin names, tickers and images are written to Arweave and to the chain. They cannot be edited or deleted afterwards, by you or by us. |
| Availability | This interface can go down, be changed, or stop serving a jurisdiction. The chains and the pools continue without it. |
| Regulatory | Rules for this activity are unsettled and differ per country. Yours may change, including retroactively. |
This has not been used with real money yet
Launches, trades and fee claims have been exercised on Solana devnet and on EVM test networks. No mainnet transaction has been run. Treat anything you do on a live network as the first time it has been done, and size accordingly.
No company stands behind this
This is an independent software project, not the product of an incorporated company. There is no entity offering you a service, no terms of service to agree to, and no counterparty with obligations toward you. The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and is used entirely at your own risk.
If that changes — an entity, terms, a support channel — this page will say so before anything else does.
Your responsibilities
- Eligibility. Satisfy yourself that using this software is lawful where you are. No geographic restrictions are enforced by this interface, and their absence is not a statement that your use is permitted.
- What you publish. Names, tickers, images and links you attach to a coin are public and permanent. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to publish, and do not upload anything illegal.
- Taxes. Yours to work out and to pay, wherever you are.
- Your own diligence. Read the token page before you buy. The dev holding, the top-ten concentration and the sniper share are all there, and they are there because they are worth checking.
Running a launchpad
A launchpad you create is yours. You choose its branding and its economics, and coins launched on it are attributed to your page. Any obligation that attaches to operating such a page where you live is yours, not ours. Removing a coin from your board does not stop it trading — see Moderating coins.
Points are not a promise
The points scoreboard is a scoreboard. It is not a token, not a claim on anything, and not a commitment that anything will ever be distributed for it. See Points.
Data
There are no accounts here and no passwords. What the site knows about you is covered in Privacy — the short version is: your wallet address, which is public on the chain anyway, and nothing else you did not publish yourself.
